Stephen Glaser - President and CEO
Steve Glaser came to Briggs in 2004 as Vice President of Operations where he led the expansion of the company’s supply chain and supported key projects including the implementation of SAP. In December of 2007, Steve was appointed General Manager, and in July, 2008, he was named President and CEO. Prior to Briggs, Steve held positions of increasing responsibility with Sony Electronics and Electrolux. Steve also served ten years in the U.S. Navy as an Engineering Officer. Steve holds master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, industrial engineering from Purdue University, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Louisiana State University.
Bob Robison - VP Sales - North America
Bob Robison came to Briggs in 1994 from American Standard where he served in various sales and management capacaties including District Sales Manager and National Retail Manager. During his 30 year career in the kitchen and bath industry, Bob additionally managed at the distributor level giving him a true client side perspective which has proven very useful in the growth of sales and development of relationships with our customer base. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
Nick Quattro - Controller - US Operations
Nick Quattro is an accounting and marketing professional with 15 years experience in the plumbing products industry. Nick came to Briggs in 1998 from Universal Rundle where he served in positions of increasing responsibilty in operations and marketing. In his time with Briggs, Nick has fulfilled leadership assignments in marekting, customer service, accounting and finance. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Youngstown State University.
Chuck Dockery - Steel Plant Manager
Chuck Dockery came to Briggs in 2001 and has worked in various capacities including engineering and quality assurance. Chuck is responsible for the operation of our Knoxville porcelain on steel manufacturing facility, one of the largest of its kind in the world. He recently managed the $3 million expansion and modernization of our steel manufacturing facility which focused on energy conservation, automation, and increased capacity. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and his MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Nelda Diegel - Human Resources Director
Nelda Diegel is a human resources professional with over 26 years experience including 16 years at the director level. Nelda came to Briggs in July of 2007 from the South Carolina Aquarium where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources, training and strategic planning. Nelda's extensive human resources experience is proving to be a strong benefit to Briggs' growing organizational structure. Nelda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University.
